Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Yes! At Pretty Please Teethers safety is our number one priority. Our products are held to highest standards which have been tested by independent, governing safety institutions to make sure they meet the needs of various safety standards.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

Yes we offer FREE shipping on US orders of $35 or more and free shipping to Canada on orders $75 or more via USPS. All other international orders are subject to shipping charges. Please note the threshold must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Shipping charges are subject to change.

We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. In 99% of these cases that we have experienced, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If package does not arrive within 1-2 days, please contact your local USPS store.

Please email info@prettypleaseteethers with photo + order number. If damaged is caused by result of PPT we will replace item with 1-3 business days.

We promise to guarantee all Pretty Please Teethers products for up tp 3-6 months (depending on lifespan of products) of when your product was delivered and or purchased at local retailer. If your product is damaged within the guaranteed lifespan of the product. Learn more here

Yes, we do! If you sign up for our newsletter you will receive new product updates and be notified of any special promotions. 

Congratulation on winning our PPT giveaway. You should of received an email/DM with your code. If you have not please email info@prettypleaseteethers.com. Once you received your code add all your favorite items to your cart. Once they are in your cart head to checkout to place code in the assigned discount spot to redeem. If code is still valid, discount will automatically be taken off at checkout.  Discount code will only be taken off product. Winner will be responsible for shipping and duties fee (if applied). Giveaway winners discount codes are only valid for 30 days after being announced the winner. Code can not be used on previous orders or used with additional discount codes. Giveaway codes are only valid in the US and Canada. Winner must be 18 years or older to win/redeem.
