I JUST PLACED MY FIRST ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that shipping times are NOT guaranteed.
I NEVER RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk mail folder. If you still can not find it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship through USPS. The shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Typically, shipping time within the United States can take anywhere between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
US FREE SHIPPING || Offered on orders over $45 in the US. Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days. Includes tracking, no insurance added.
Some locations can use UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The option will be shown at checkout. Please note that this is just an estimate, actual shipping time can vary. We are a separate entity from USPS, therefore, we DO NOT have control over transit and delivery time. If your package is delayed, please contact the post office with your tracking number.
MY ORDER IS DELAYED: If you are experiencing any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to get an accurate update. Please note, that delivery delays might occur on international shipping if the package is held at customs.
MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE: We know how frustrating this can be. To keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We have found that within 99% of these cases, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days, contact your local USPS store.
MISSING PACKAGE: Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman. In most cases, they can locate it for you. (We will not process a refund, or send a new item if your package is marked "delivered") In our experience, packages are rarely lost in the mail, but, you have the option to add insurance to your package. If you decide to purchase shipping without insurance and your package is lost, we will not process a refund or send a new item. The buyer will be responsible for contacting the post office and filing a claim.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS: Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you made a mistake and entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP and we will edit the address for you. We can only do this if we haven't shipped your package. Once the shipping label is printed, we cannot change your address.
If your package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for fees to re-ship.

IS YOUR PRODUCT TESTED? Yes! At Pretty Please Teethers safety is our number one priority. Our products are held to the highest standards which have been tested by independent, governing safety institutions to make sure they meet the needs of various safety standards. Our teethers, clips, and toys go through rigorous testing and must pass Small Parts and Use & Abuse tests before being put into production.
IS SILICONE SAFE? Pretty Please Teethers uses products that are FDA-approved, non-toxic, and CPSC-compliant. We use both Food-grade Silicone and Medical Grade Silicone which are free of BPA, PVC, Phthalates, and latex. Learn more HERE.

Returns & Other FAQ
Returns: We currently only offer exchanges.
Exchanges: We offer a 14-day exchange policy. The 14 days to exchange begins once the item is marked delivered. Please note, that Pretty Please Teethers does not offer free shipping on exchanges. To start the exchange process please email us at email@example.com with:
Once approved we will invoice you for shipping. The exchange process can take 7-14 days depending on shipping. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions regarding this policy. If your item is damaged please review our PPT Warranty program.
ORDER CANCELATION We offer cancelation on all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. Unless the order is for a preorder item. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible:

PRE-ORDER TERMS: Pre-orders are made available on selected product lines throughout the year. When pre-ordering an item we will display the expected date of delivery (the date we expect PPT to receive the item) on the Product Page as well as on the Order confirmation. This date is not a guaranteed date of receipt by Pretty Please Teether and is subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any delays to this date by email.
Do You Offer a Product Warranty? We promise to guarantee all Pretty Please Teethers products for up to 3-6 months (depending on the lifespan of products) from when your product was delivered. If your product is damaged within the guaranteed lifespan of the product. Learn more here
