Yes! At Pretty Please Teethers ® safety is our number one priority. Our products are held to highest standards which have been tested by independent, governing safety institutions to make sure they meet the needs of various safety standards.

DOES MY TEETHER COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Pretty Please Teethers ® does not come with a warranty, due to the typical wear and tear. For sanitary reasons, it is recommended to replace all baby products every few months.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing times vary on each order. Typically, orders are processed within 2-5 days. Please note that shipping time will be different than processing time. For more information please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DOES PREORDERS WORK?
All preorders products will have an estimated ship date of "x" amount of days/weeks the product might arrive. Please note this is a rough estimate and NOT a guarantee ship date. All preorders will ship once products arrive. There is no cancelation on preorder items.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET.
We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. In 99% of these cases that we have experienced, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If package does not arrive within 1-2 days, please contact your local USPS store.
DO YOU OFFER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Order cancellation must be within 2 hours of when the order has been placed. There will be a 20% restocking fee if the order is canceled within 2 hours. Any orders after the 2 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Pretty Please Teethers ® will only honor price adjustment if an item has been hard marked down (clearance out) within 3 days of purchase. Pretty Please Teethers® WILL NOT price adjust on promotional items.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damage has been caused by Pretty Please Teethers ®, your item will be replaced in 5-7 business days. Pretty Please Teethers ® will not replace or refund any damaged items by reasons outside of Pretty Please Teethers ® control.
