We ship through USPS. Shipping rate is a flat fee of $4. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Typically, shipping time within the United States can take anywhere between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
FREE SHIPPING || Offered on orders over $45 in the US. Standard shipping generally takes 2-7 business days.
PRIORITY SHIPPING || This upgrade is offered during checkout. Priority shipping generally arrives in 2-3 days.
MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE || We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We have found that within 99% of these cases, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days, contact your local USPS store.
Once Pretty Please Teethers ® ships out your package through USPS, your package is now in the property of USPS. Pretty Please Teethers ® is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS. Pretty Please Teethers ® will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
