Shipping & Returns 

 

Pretty Please Teethers ships from Salt Lake City, Utah. We ship all across the United States and Canada (more international orders coming soon). All customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We ship through USPS. Shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, which varies depending on the shipping option you choose. Typically, shipping time within the United States can take anywhere between 2-7 business days depending on your location. 


US FREE SHIPPING ||  Offered on orders over $35 in the US. Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days. Includes tracking, no insurance added.

US PRIORITY SHIPPING ||  This upgrade is offered during checkout. Priority shipping generally arrives in 1-3 days. Includes tracking & insurance

Priority Mail Express || This upgrade is offered during checkout. Approx. 1-2 business days. Includes tracking & insurance

Some location can use UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Option will be shown at checkout.

Please note that this is just an estimate, actual shipping time can vary. We are a separate entity from USPS, therefore, we DO NOT have control over transit and delivery time. If your package is delayed, please contact the post office with your tracking number.

We currently ship to Canada and Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

-First Class Mail International: Approx. 7-21 business days
-Priority Mail International: Approx. 6-10 Business days (Canada 3-5)
-Priority Mail Express International: Approx. 3-6 business days (Canada 2-3)

 

CANADA FREE SHIPPING ||Offered on orders over $75 USD. Standard shipping generally takes 7-21 business days.  Express international shipping generally takes 4-6 days.

Pretty Please Teethers will not replace lost or stolen items.  Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We have found that within 99% of these cases, the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days, contact your local USPS store. 

Once Pretty Please Teethers  ships out your package through USPS, your package is now in the property of USPS. Pretty Please Teethers  is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS. Pretty Please Teethers  will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. 

-Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman. In most cases, they can locate it for you. (We WILL NOT process a refund, or send a new item if your package is marked "delivered")

-In our experience, packages are rarely lost in the mail, but, you have the option to add insurance to your package. If you decide to purchase shipping without insurance and your package is lost, we WILL NOT process a refund or send a new item. The buyer will be responsible for contacting the post office and file a claim.

Orders are not considered lost in transit until the following amount of time has passed.
-Domestic (US): 21 days past shipping date
-International: 45 days past shipping date

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you made a mistake and entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP and we will edit the address for you. We can only do this if we haven't shipped your package. Once the shipping label is printed, we cannot change your address.

-If your package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for fees to re-ship.

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions regarding this policy. If your item is damaged please review our PPT Warranty program.
