When does your Black Friday sale start?
Each week in November we are sharing a new sale leading up to our Black Friday Sale. Each sale starts Sunday at 12am MT and ends Saturday at 11:59pm MT except for week 4. Week 4 sale will start Sunday 11/21 and ends 11/24th at 11:59pm MT.
Our site will be down 11/25th and will reopen 11/26th with our Black Friday Sale.
How long will the site be down?
Starting Thursday at 12am until Friday at 8am MT, as we prepare for our biggest sale yet.
When will your Black Friday sale start.
We celebrated our Black Friday sale all month long with select items on sale. Our main Black Friday sale will start Friday at 8am MT
I have a discount code can I use this?
Yes, you can use your discount code. However, discounts can not be stacked. Meaning only one code at at a time can be used.
Once an Item is in my cart is it reserved?
No, Items are only secured and yours once you have processed through checkout and complete order.
I have an item in my cart and my the Black Friday discount is not working.
Some items are excluded from our Black Friday sale. If an item in your cart does not have Black Friday discount applied to it, that item is exempt from our sale.
Can I cancel my order?
No, Due to the volume we expect to receive and the amount of staff handling orders we cannot process cancellation orders during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales.
Can I combine my order?
No, we cannot combine orders. Please ensure to only place one order to avoid extra shipping charges.
